Sombra is a Natural Pain Relieving Gel that relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis and simple backaches. When selecting this tapas, Sombra will be massaged into the skin during the entire massage instead of just at the end.
Arnica is massaged into the skin to help alleviate pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, muscle/cartilage pain and sprains.
Refresh a tired-looking appearance and sooth the sinuses with a very gentle massage around the eyes using a moisturizing and soothing eye gel.
Pre-massage, a sage smudge can clear the space and your mind, helping you to relax before the massage even begins. Smudging has recently been shown to clean the air and improve mood.
Post-Massage Meditation Time
After a massage, we don’t always want to just get up and go, so we want to offer you the option to stay on the table for an additional 15 minutes to allow the work we’ve done to sink in and to allow your mind to stay in this place of calm for a bit longer.
Pulse Point Anointing
An ancient tradition found in most cultures, anointing takes only a few moments but brings a sense of serene mindfulness to your massage treatment. We can use an oil you choose based on your needs or we can pick something for you.

Cold Stones Add-On
Cold stones are massaged over the areas to decrease inflammation. Clients with sinus headaches and migraines often request this tapas.
Hot Stone Meditation
Placing the warmed stones along your spine, the therapist will leave the room for 15 minutes at the end of your massage so you can deeply relax. This service can only be added to a hot stone or hot & cold stone massage.
Hydrating Hands and Feet
This protecting softening cream helps support the skin barrier, sealing in precious moisture. This formula moisturizes and protects skin, giving hands or feet a relaxing spa experience. This product will be massaged into the skin then wrapped with warm towels to enhance absorption while your massage continues.

Incorporating dry brushing into your massage can stimulate lymph flow, improving immunity. It can also exfoliate the skin and clean pores. Many people find it to be energizing. You are able to keep the dry brush to continue using at home.
